Over the course of a year-long program called Wellness Wisdom, we sat down with 16 Indigenous Elders to preserve their stories and recollections on traditional foods, cultural practices, mental, emotional, and spiritual wellness, and the knowledge that has sustained our communities for generations. This full-length companion film brings those voices together in a powerful celebration of resilience, healing, and cultural continuity.
Due to the sensitive cultural knowledge shared by the elders in this series, this event is reserved for Indigenous community members.
